Shipping/Handling Policy:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:Due to the vagaries of international shipping costs and regulations, we are unable to process orders online for delivery outside of the USA. We are more than happy to accept such orders made directly to our office. Please call, fax or email your inquiries.
PLEASE NOTE:Unless you have made prior arrangements, shipment will be to the BILLING address, which must match the address on file with your credit card issuer.
Due to the nature of this business, items are constantly going in and out of stock. Items which are temporarily out of stock are being manufactured and, unless we advise you otherwise, are expected to be ready for shipment within 4-6 weeks after receipt of order. Most items take less time.
Unless you specify otherwise, we will make our best judgement as to whether a partial shipment will be made. If you prefer to have your order held to ship complete, please indicate on your order form, or email us at

Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Returns must include a copy of the Invoice and a statement as to the reason for the return. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Prior authorization is
NOT required.
Parts List/Instruction Manuals may not be returned and all sales for such goods are final.
